In the Financial Technology division, we deliver tailored B2B software solutions for financial institutions as well as a new, leading administration system product for pension funds (P40).

The division employs around 200 employees from 7 international locations. The Financial Technology area is crucial to Netcetera's success and is in an exciting growth phase.

Requirements

Your Tasks

• You support and accompany customers in introducing our administration system P40 for pension funds.
• You analyze pension regulations, recognize standards, and complex constellations.
• You recognize customer needs and formulate these into requirements for our software solution.
• You analyze changes to statutory and regulatory provisions and lead the necessary adjustments for our software solution.
• You conduct training sessions for our customers.
• You advise customers as well as the product team on technical questions.
• You support the sales team with technical clarifications in preparing offers.
• You accompany customer meetings and present the software solution.

Your Profile

Show us what you have! The following qualifications are expected:

• You bring several years of professional experience in the BVG context or as a Business Analyst/Consultant in connection with software solutions.
• You possess very good comprehension skills and bring a good technical understanding.
• You see yourself as a service provider and are accustomed to dealing with customers and partners.
• You want to understand things and work precisely.
• Fluent and negotiation-sure German and English language skills complete your profile.

Desirable qualifications:

• You bring in-depth BVG expertise.
• You have experience in capturing, understanding, and specifying requirements.
• You have experience with data models and databases.
• You are familiar with software development processes and ideally have already contributed to such projects.
• You understand how a software solution works and is built.
