Business Analyst Trade Finance

We’re looking for someone who not only understands the nuts and bolts of Trade Finance (Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, etc.) but also has the drive to transform processes, partner with technology teams, and deliver impactful change. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a bridge between Trade Finance Operations, Business stakeholders, and Technology teams Drive process reviews, workflow enhancements, and system improvements Support trade-related projects and change initiatives from conception to implementation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Provide expert-level support to Trade Finance Operations teams on trade-related matters and projects REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of Trade Finance concepts and processes Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong project management skills and attention to detail BENEFITS: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
