Business Analyst

We're currently partnering with a leading Australian bank on a large-scale Trading transformation, and they're looking for a strong Business Analyst to join the program. Role Overview Location: Sydney Office attendance 50% Salary: Up to $140k base super on a fixed-term contract basis Key Responsibilities Contribute to the delivery of transformation and large-scale change initiatives, supporting end-to-end business analysis activities Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Identify and analyze business requirements, developing solutions that meet stakeholder needs Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other relevant parties Provide expert-level business analysis support to project managers and team members, ensuring successful delivery of projects Key Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience working on large-scale transformation programs Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Certifications: None required
