Job Description

  • Support users (N1/N2) : incident analysis, technical diagnosis, coordination with development teams.
  • Evolutive Run & Maintenance : needs assessment, writing of User Stories and technical specifications, functional and technical testing, delivery tracking.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement : API (REST/SOAP) design and documentation, Python script development/review, participation in Agile ceremonies, UAT, user training, and post-Go-Live hypercare.
