Business Analyst - Supply Chain & Ops

Descrição da vaga Avery Dennison is seeking an IT Business Analyst with ERP implementation and support experience with a focus on Supply Chain and Inventory. As part of the Global IT Organization this position will be a key link between the IT, Operations, Supply Chain and Leadership teams. A background that includes IT project management, a technical understanding of ERP structure and manufacturing process concepts will be needed. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Leadership teams. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, developing and maintaining business cases, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives. Additionally, this role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a related field. Strong understanding of ERP systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain concepts. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma a plus.
