Business Analyst - ODOO Solutions Specialist - Luxembourg

As a Business Analyst specializing in Odoo solutions, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of clients and translating these needs into functional solutions on the Odoo platform. You will work closely with development teams, functional consultants, and clients to design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze clients' business processes and identify gaps to be filled. Gather and document client requirements, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Design and configure Odoo solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Test and validate the implemented solutions. Provide training and support to end-users. Manage and prioritize project tasks and deadlines. Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and functionalities. Prepare and present project documentation and reports. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as demonstrations and proposal writing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology). Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Odoo. Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing). Experience with SQL and database management. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Odoo implementations.
