Business Analyst

Responsibilities: * Act as the main contact between business teams and IT teams to turn business ideas into tech solutions. * Collect, analyze, and write down clear requirements for new software features. * Organize testing, help with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and check that the final product works as expected. * Help launch new features, train end-users, and guide teams through software changes across different markets. * Act as an expert on the product to help improve business processes and digital platforms. * Work closely with international teams using Agile methods to build and deliver digital products. Skills: * Strong background as a Senior IT Business Analyst delivering digital tools. * Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) using tools like Jira. * Solid skills in business process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering. * Practical experience leading UAT testing and software rollouts. * Clear communication skills with experience managing stakeholders across different countries. * Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
