Business Analyst

To sustain our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Belgium. Your responsibilities: * Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. * Translate business needs into technical specifications. * Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions. * Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and user manuals. * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). * Provide training and support to end-users. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Your profile: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). * Experience with process mapping and documentation tools. * Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. * Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
