Your Responsibilities

• business analysis in the project of implementing a new mobile application module supporting investment product service,
• designing and optimizing Customer Journeys, including onboarding processes to the investment application,
• acquiring, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for IT teams,
• modeling front-to-back business processes, covering investment product service in digital channels,
• conducting workshops and consultations with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners,
• developing analyses, recommendations, project documentation, and acceptance criteria,
• analyzing and defining requirements for solutions supporting electronic currency trading,
• analyzing processes related to FX instrument pricing, market data utilization, and price distribution to electronic channels,
• cooperating with development teams in detailing requirements and implementing changes,
• participating in functional, integration, and business testing,
• supporting deployments and analyzing production incidents,
• identifying opportunities for improving processes and the experience of clients using investment products,
• service delivery model: remote, once a month at the Client's office; our locations: Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław,
• project budget: up to 125 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and scope of services provided.

Our Requirements

• minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis in IT projects implemented in the banking or financial sector,
• practical experience in designing Customer Journeys and onboarding processes for investment applications,
• experience in acquiring, analyzing, and refining business requirements,
• ability to model and optimize business processes, including front-to-back processes,
• experience in conducting analytical workshops and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders,
• ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for IT solutions,
• experience in creating analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and project recommendations,
• ability to define acceptance criteria and support business testing,
• experience in collaborating with development teams during deployments and development of digital solutions,
• ability to identify problems and propose improvements to business processes.

Nice to have

• experience in projects related to electronic currency trading, FX instruments, and market data,
• knowledge of financial instrument pricing processes and price distribution to electronic channels,
• experience in analyzing production incidents and integration testing.
