Business Analyst Salesforce – Revenue Cloud

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst – Revenue Cloud to join our Salesforce practice team, part of the Summit Partner with the highest growth rate in Latin America. Main Functions:
  • Document business information and requirements.
  • Define and maintain project roadmaps.
  • Relate and communicate with executives and stakeholders.
  • Promote Salesforce projects, specifically in Revenue Cloud.
  • Analyze Salesforce implementations and propose improvements.
  • Apply methodologies and best practices to each project.
  • Solve problems during testing and quality assurance phases.
  • Interact with the business, understand requirements, perform discoveries, define initial solutions, and coordinate with the development team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce implementations.
  • Specific experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ.
  • Documentation of business requirements, processes, and flows in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cloud: product configuration, pricing rules, discounts, bundles, and advanced approvals.
  • Collaboration with developers for custom adaptations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Salesforce best practices.
  • Data analysis tool management and reporting.
  • Desirable Salesforce certifications: Business Analyst, Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist.
  • Experience in projects with US clients.
  • Advanced English level.
Soft Skills:
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to relate with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proactivity and initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
