Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Job Description Role summary: We’re midway through migrating our global operations to Salesforce as our core CRM. About 1,000 users are live today, with ~700 more to onboard. We’re rolling out market by market and business line by business line. We’re hiring a Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements and keep sprints supplied with Definition-of-Ready work. You’ll map processes, define data and non-functional requirements, partner closely with Product, Architectural, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Salesforce implementation roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce implementation, data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
