Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM @ Spyrosoft

4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or enterprise systems Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Solid understanding of ERP systems and system integrations Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with ability to work with both business stakeholders and IT teams Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in an Agile environment Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
