About the Role The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support implementation initiatives focused specifically on Health or Life Sciences Cloud platforms. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions that meet those needs. Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud initiatives, focusing on process improvements, data management, and reporting. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and feedback. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science). 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud. Domain experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
