In this role, you will provide high‑quality analysis, documentation, and testing support to ensure that changes are clearly defined and successfully implemented. You will work closely with Financial institution's teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your tasks will include: • Providing high-quality analysis, documentation, and testing support to ensure that changes are clearly defined and successfully implemented. • Working closely with Financial institution's teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives. • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops. • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. • Ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant teams. What we are looking for We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Analyst with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have experience in finance or product control and be familiar with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. • At least 2 years of experience in finance or product control. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
