Business Analyst Pricing

As a Business Analyst Pricing, you join the strategic team responsible for optimizing the pricing policy of Carrefour Belgium. In a Belgian market characterized by strong price pressure, you support the Pricing Director in implementing and monitoring the pricing strategy for the entire Business Units.

• Analyse & Monitoring : Follow daily price indices against competition and analyze the impact of price changes on volumes and margins.

• Support Stratégique : Collaborate with Marketing for pricing campaigns and with Operations for specific policies by Business Unit, while responding to urgent requests from management.

• Outils & Reporting : Maintain dashboards, ensure data integrity, and prepare visual summaries (Executive Summaries) for the Board of Directors.

• Simulations Financières : Simulate the financial impact of strategic changes, such as raw material inflation or a repositioning against a major competitor.

• Formation & Expérience : Preferably a Master's degree in economics or science (Data Science, Engineer) with 2-5 years of experience in data analysis.

• Compétences Techniques : Advanced mastery of Excel and ability to manipulate databases (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).

• Langues : Mastery of French and/or Dutch, with a good level of English.

Soft Skills : Critical thinking, ability to synthesize, resilience, and business sense (understanding of P&L issues).
