About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Analyst with a strong background in eCommerce, Retail, AI, and B2C platforms to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging their analytical skills to drive digital transformation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements • Analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions • Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role • Strong understanding of eCommerce, Retail, AI, and B2C platforms • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
