Tasks

Your Task Area

• Fascinating projects at well-known banks, currently 2 days per week on-site at the customer in Frankfurt am Main
• Counseling and support for our customers in agile IT projects (Focus Brokerage & Neo-Wealth)
• Analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potentialities and developing innovative solutions
• Conception of customer applications (User Stories), planning and implementation of projects
• Inclusion in project teams at our customers: Project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the customer, otherwise remote

Qualification

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of professional and project experience in IT projects for banks, asset managers or fintechs
• Very good knowledge of securities offerings and processes at a bank
• Very good methodological knowledge, focus on agile development
• Strong communication and presentation skills – on eye level with the technical and IT side
• Team-oriented, customer-focused and willing to actively develop the company as a boutique consulting firm not only projects but also the company itself
• Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge in writing and speaking
