Ihre Aufgaben

• Support of engagement and rollout management in planning and coordination of rollouts, including stakeholder management and progress monitoring, as well as close alignment with the Product Development Team.

• Conducting functional requirements and process analyses, including capturing and documenting current and target processes, as well as identifying gaps.

• Translation of business requirements into design objects and specifications for the Product Development Team.

• Development, preparation, and conduct of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for workshops and meetings at operational and management levels.

• Ensuring knowledge transfer and effective communication between central teams and finance teams of international units.

• Orchestrating rollout risk identification, communication, and implementation of measures to reduce risks.

• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, international subsidiaries, and external partners, as well as creation of all deliverables and communication in English.

Muss-Anforderungen

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale financial transformations, preferably in international insurance companies.

• Fundamentally understanding of financial and accounting processes in insurance companies, particularly general ledger and financial reporting.

• Experience in process analysis, documentation, and definition of functional requirements.

• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and align them with strategic objectives.

• Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and oral).

• Experience in working together with international finance teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

• Structured and analytical work approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to regular travel to Hannover.

Kann-Anforderungen

• Experience with SAP and specifically S/4HANA Finance Suite implementations.

• Knowledge of financial system landscapes and interfaces.

Einsatzzeitraum 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2026, maximale Einsatztage 192, räumliche Anwesenheit: Remote with up to 2 on-site days in Hannover, all deliverables and communication will be in English.
