Tasks

• In your role as Business Analyst, you are the link between departments and development, ensuring that automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are successfully implemented.
• A significant part of your task is to analyze existing processes for their automation potentiality and evaluate suitable business cases.
• You take over the recording of technical requirements from stakeholders and accompany the entire lifecycle of RPA bots - from conception, testing, and operation to acceptance with the development team.
• With your structured approach, you coordinate all parties involved and steer the implementation of automation initiatives together with departments and developers.
• You also contribute through address-oriented presentations, reports, and key performance indicators management to the strategic further development of automation solutions.
• Finally, your task profile is rounded off by active change and incident management as well as your participation in the further development of the Center of Excellence for Automation.

Qualification

• A completed degree in (Business-) Informatics, Economics or a comparable qualification with a technical focus.
• Practical experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• First practical experience in project management or IT environment of advantage.
• A secure handling of data, process analysis, and reporting tools.
• Solid German language skills at C1 level and fluent English language skills in writing and speaking.
• An analytical thinking style, a structured approach to problem-solving, and high IT affinity.
• A strong communication strength and high customer orientation.
