Your Tasks
•Taking, analyzing and elaborating on professional processes and requirements for translation into IT requirements
•Supporting representatives of the department and IT department in continuous process improvement, data and system development, as well as troubleshooting
•Professional analysis of requirements and disturbances including documentation
•Supporting business areas in creating business cases
•Developing professional solutions including documentation
•Consultation on technical solution of requirements
•Teamwork to implement the requirements, for example by supporting testers regarding the aspects to be tested
•Continuous process improvement in requirement management and IT processes
•Taking over various project roles during project development

Must Requirements
•More than 5 years of professional experience in requirement management within the insurance or financial services industry
•1-2 years of project experience in implementing Self-Service Portals
•Expert knowledge in process modeling, as well as requirements analysis and requirements engineering
•Fundamental knowledge about insurance and support processes
•Very good knowledge in the field of cloud architecture
•Safe handling with JIRA, Confluence and Office 365
•Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
•Outstanding communication skills, problem-solving competence, analytical and conceptual thinking

Can Requirements
•Certification in the fields of Business Analysis, Requirement Engineering or Process Management
•Experience with REST APIs and their connection to cloud-based systems, ideally within the AWS environment
•Experience in cooperation with international project partners or within a corporate structure

Further Information
The employment period is from 01.02.2026 to 31.08.2026 with a planned volume of 146 person-days expected. A presence of 30% is expected.
