Business Analyst (m/w/d)

The Holding understands itself as a service provider for the group. It takes over administrative tasks, develops strategic visions, provides support in advertising or consulting. Additionally, it develops concepts and products, organizes training sessions and promotes the continuous exchange of know-how.

We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/w/d) to join our team at our Lübeck location as soon as possible. The position is unlimited full-time (38 hours) to be filled.

Aufgaben

You will be responsible for technical and application-oriented support for the Maklerverwaltungsprogramm (AMS) and serve as an interface between partner companies (insurance brokers) and the software manufacturer (Assfinet).

This means:

• Technical Support & Error Correction when disruptions occur in the AMS system
• Software Maintenance & System Maintenance of AMS systems at partner companies, including support for updates
• Accompanying continuous digitalization and optimization of processes at our partner companies
• DMS Outsourcing for partner companies
• Testing and Release of new builds and fundamental changes

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in economics or a completed vocational training as IT system administrator (m/w/d) with several years of experience in the insurance industry
• Alternatively, you have a completed vocational training as an insurance broker or financial advisor (m/w/d)
• You possess basic business knowledge and ideally knowledge in the field of process management
• You possess high IT affinity and are confident in handling Office 365
• You do not shy away from self-employment, giving impulses, making decisions, and taking responsibility
• You have a high sense of quality and a detail-oriented working style
• Customer and service orientation have top priority for you
• You are willing to spend part of your working time in the field
