Business Analyst (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/w/d) in part-time from June 2026.

You will be part of a dynamic team where your ideas and analyses directly influence our products and decisions. We offer flexible working hours, a modern work environment in the heart of Berlin, and plenty of room for professional and personal development.

Tasks

• Analyzing business processes and deriving requirements for our digital solutions
• Creating GitHub tickets for our software developers and active communication on requirements and priorities
• Independent customer and project management: You are the most important interface between customer and team
• Collaboration in close coordination with software developers to optimize processes and products
• Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Participation in strategy and optimization projects within the company
• Identifying potential for digitalization and automation of business processes

Qualification

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT or a comparable field
• Experience or great interest in digital business processes, project management, and customer service
• First experience with ticketing systems (e.g. GitHub) and project coordination is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
• Communication skills, as you coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Team spirit and motivation to take responsibility in a startup environment
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
