Your Tasks

• Analysis of system and process requirements with regard to performance, scalability, and stability

• Derivation of non-functional requirements (NFA) for load and performance tests

• Investigation of high-volume transaction processes such as payment processing and account statements in the banking sector

• Analysis of SAP DM processes considering performance-relevant aspects

• Translation of technical and functional requirements into measurable performance criteria

• Early identification of bottlenecks and risks within the system landscape

• Creation of load and performance requirement documents as well as evaluation of test results

• Participation in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe) as well as classical development models

Must-Have Requirements

• Several years of experience in analyzing system and process requirements with regard to performance, scalability, and stability

• Very good knowledge of SAP DM processes (Deposit Management) and their performance-relevant aspects

• Fundamentally understanding core banking processes and regulatory requirements such as MaRisk and BAIT

• Experience with high-volume transaction processes, for example in payment processing or account statements

• Secure handling of deriving non-functional requirements (NFA) for load and performance tests

• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner or JMeter

• Experience with database performance under Oracle or DB2 as well as interface optimization

• Ability to translate technical and functional requirements into measurable performance criteria

• Understanding of data flows and batch processing in SAP environments

• Experience with bank system landscapes, governance, and internal approval processes

• Highly developed analytical thinking as well as the ability to identify bottlenecks and risks early on

• Safe appearance and communication skills towards departments, IT departments, and external partners

• Experience in creating load and performance requirement documents as well as evaluating test results

• Practice experience in agile projects (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) as well as classical development models

• Secure German language skills

Can-Have Requirements

• Good English language skills

• ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced level)

Further Information

The assignment is planned for 6 months in Frankfurt am Main, with remote options available upon agreement. The utilization can be part-time or full-time.
