We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who as a central interface between business and IT teams will accompany the introduction of modern CPQ- and CRM-sales applications (PROS CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics 365) in a leading company in the field of security solutions.

Your Tasks

• Act as an interface between business and IT teams to support the introduction of CPQ- and CRM-sales applications

• Provide targeted support for the introduction of corporate sales platforms and the associated sales processes

• Management of user requirements from business users, including building trust and close relationships with stakeholders

• Proactive identification of operational problems and development of effective solutions using internal resources

• Function as primary point of contact for business departments regarding the requirements for introducing platforms

Must-Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in positions as Business Analyst, particularly as an interface between business and IT teams

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building to actively manage user requirements and gain trust among business users

• High IT and technical expertise with the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications and securely master them

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify complex operational problems and develop effective solutions using internal resources

• Experience in supporting the introduction of new corporate tools, including 'Ways of Working' (WoW)

• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking

CAN-Requirements

• Prior knowledge or relevant professional experience with PROS CPQ sales applications

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Functional understanding of complex sales processes, including the associated technical sales tools

The position is a full-time job with remote support and occasional travel within Germany.
