Business Analyst (m/w/d) Digital Signature

Your Role

As Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will take on the technical responsibility for the further development of the product „Digital Signature“ in the banking sector.

You will work at the interface between department, product management, and development and ensure that functional requirements, regulatory guidelines, and technical solutions work optimally together – from the initial idea to implementation to product launch.

Tasks

• Eigenverantwortliche Analyse, Bewertung und Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen around digital signature processes in the banking sector
• Translation of functional requirements into technical solutions and accompanying implementation
• Creation of Fachkonzepten, Anforderungsbeschreibungen und User Stories as a basis for development
• Sparring partner for development and product owner on technical questions
• Support of the Product Owner in backlog maintenance, prioritization, refinement, and technical acceptance
• Creation, execution, and documentation of technical test cases as well as ensuring technical quality
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Accompaniment of product launch including pilot testing, rollout, and technical support
• Tight coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification

• Completed banking education or degree with a focus on business informatics, finance, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as Business Analyst*in or in a similar role in the banking or IT sector
• Fundamental knowledge of Requirements Engineering, testing, and factual documentation
• Experience with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Ideal knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or comparable systems
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking sector; experience with digital signatures is a plus
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and high communication strength
