Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Also for Career Starters

Your Tasks

We invest heavily in digitalization and create our own high-performance and highly customized software tools for more than 1000 active users. To strengthen our team in Dresden, we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) as soon as possible. In this role, you will work intensively with AI-powered tools on a daily basis and actively use them to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them. AI is an integral part of our way of working and not an add-on:

• Analysis of existing processes within the company (e.g., customer service, marketing, workshop, internal processes)
• Identification of opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Use and testing of AI tools to make processes more efficient
• Building automations and digital workflows
• Implementation of AI-powered solutions together with management and the AI team
• Testing new technologies and tools in the field of AI
• Continuous improvement of existing processes

Your Profile

• Completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Very good analytical and structured thinking skills
• Interest in AI, digitalization, and automation
• Enjoyment in trying out new tools and implementing practical solutions
• Independent and structured way of working
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• German language skills at a minimum of C2 level (GER) are required for the performance of this position

Extensive prior experience in the field of AI is not required. What is important is that you learn quickly, try things out, and develop solutions.
