Business Analyst (m/w/d) – Agentisierung & AI Automation

Introduction

In this role, you build the lever that makes Omnora execute faster than the market: Agentisierung. You identify processes and decision-making points with the greatest business impact and translate them into agent-based workflows and KI-gestützte Automatisierung, which really work: reliably, measurable, scalable.
You are not “Reporting-BA”. You are Business Übersetzer:in with Ownership. You prioritize Use Cases by Impact, model data and processes, define success criteria, and bring AI Agents from “Proof” to “Production”. At the same time, you handle classic business analyst topics: Insights, KPI-Systeme, Forecasting, Prozessoptimierung, Business Cases, Stakeholder-Alignment.
In short: You make complexity clarity and automated results.

How you can make an impact

• Agentisierung mit Business-Fokus: You identify high-ROI processes (e.g. Sales Ops, Finance, Internal Ops), define agent-based workflows, and ensure measurable effects.
• Use-Cases & Priorisierung: You build a clear pipeline of AI/Automation Use Cases: Scoring by Impact, Risk, Implementation Effort, Dependencies, and bring decisions to Executive level.
• From Problem to Spec to Build: You translate business problems into precise Requirements (Inputs, Rules, Guidelines, Outputs), accompany implementation, and ensure clear criteria.
• AI-Agenten in die Realität bringen: You define where agents can autonomously act, where a human is needed, and how we handle errors, escalations, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Skills to be successful

• Business Analyst Fundamentals: 3+ years (or equivalent) experience in Business Analysis, Ops/RevOps, Product Analytics, Consulting, or a data-driven scale-up environment. What matters is you deliver results.
• Data Fluency: Very comfortable with KPIs, SQL/BI logic, data model thinking, cause-and-effect, clean measurement concepts. You can translate numbers into decisions.
• Agentisierung/Automation-Mindset: You think in workflows, responsibilities, exceptions, guardrails. Experience with automation and KI-gestützten processes is a big plus.
• LLM-/Agenten-Verständnis: You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you understand how LLMs/Ai Agents work in production (Constraints, hallucinations, evaluation, logging, prompting, tools/actions).
• Struktur & Klarheit: You write Requirements, Specs, and decision-making grounds so that engineering can build on it and leadership can decide.
• Ownership & Delivery: You drive topics end-to-end, prioritize hard, keep commitments, and build systems instead of one-time solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: You can challenge without ego and align without politics.
• Sprache: Very good German and English in word and writing.
