We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst Payments - Acquisition and Acceptance, enthusiastic about new technologies and payment systems, to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the analysis, implementation, and optimization of payment acquisition solutions within our company, while being a privileged contact for our clients. Your mission will be to understand their needs, support them in defining appropriate solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of acquisition solutions, in line with market expectations and current regulations.

Your role and your missions:

• Analysis of client needs: Be the key contact for clients in defining their needs for payment acquisition solutions (payment terminals, mobile payments, online payment solutions, etc.). You will interact directly with clients to understand their challenges and support them in identifying the solutions best suited to their requirements.
• Writing functional specifications: Develop detailed functional specifications for payment acquisition solutions, in line with client requirements. You will ensure the correct understanding and translation of business needs into concrete technical solutions.
• Optimization of acquisition processes: Propose solutions to improve the efficiency of payment acquisition processes, by integrating the latest technologies and ensuring transaction security (PCI-DSS, PSD2 compliance, etc.).
• Client relationship management: Provide personalized follow-up on client assignments, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure client satisfaction. You will need to ensure that acquisition solutions are perfectly aligned with their expectations and market developments.
• Proposal of innovative solutions: Identify opportunities to introduce innovations or improvements in your clients' payment processes, taking into account emerging trends (contactless payments, biometrics, tokenization, etc.).
• Technological and regulatory watch: Stay at the forefront of regulatory and technological developments in the payments sector (PSD2, DSP2, Open Banking, etc.) and provide recommendations to evolve the proposed solutions.
• Monitoring implementations: Coordinate and monitor the integration and deployment projects of acquisition solutions, in collaboration with technical teams and clients, to ensure deadlines and quality requirements are met.
• Client training and support: Train client teams on new solutions implemented and provide post-deployment support to ensure an optimal experience for end-users.

Client Mission Projection:

As a Business Analyst Payments - Acquisition and Acceptance, you will work directly on transformation projects for our clients, whether they are large groups or SMEs. You will be responsible for managing projects to implement customized payment solutions, according to each client's specific needs. For example, you may be involved in supporting a major retailer in implementing next-generation payment terminals to improve customer experience, or in deploying a mobile payment solution for a growing fintech startup. Your expertise in payment acquisition will enable you to guide your clients in designing smooth, secure payment journeys that comply with international standards.

You wish to leverage your skills in payment methods (Card, SCT, SDD, payment operations and infrastructure, collection...) and project management.

Your enthusiasm for new technologies and your excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Your adaptability and analytical skills are major assets for best meeting our clients' expectations.

A graduate of an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university degree, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking and/or payments sector.

Proficiency in English is essential for working on certain international missions.
