Business Analyst (mobile banking)

In the context of a potential organizational strengthening, the Group is looking for a profile:
Business Analyst (mobile banking)

The resource, with at least 5 years of experience in the role, will be involved in a project for one of the largest international players in the world's banking sector.

Competences:

• Gathering business requirements that must be specified, analyzed, and verified.
• Translating requirements into complete functional documents
• Drafting documentation for all aspects of digital life cycle, including UX paths, product specifications
• Collaborating with the PM, Product Owner, architect to define requirements for functions or services among products, understanding system architecture.
• Working with a series of project artifacts, including BRD, process maps, workflow diagrams, spreadsheets for data mapping, to capture all necessary details for implementing the solution.
• Working closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding and support testing phase

Requirements:

• Prior experience as Business Analyst preferably in the banking/financial sector
• Excellent knowledge of complex business needs analysis.
• Able to translate business needs into high-quality functional documents.
• Solid experience working in Agile.
• Knowledge of various types of tools or models: CMS, CRM, ERP, ecommerce, database (SQL and NoSQL), payment platforms, DAM, etc.
• Good knowledge of UML
• Ability to document and track
• Using tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Diagram, Swagger, etc.
• Desired experience in defining requirements for mobile solutions
• Fluent English +B2

Nice to Have:

• Able to configure packages and SaaS (Software as a Service) applications
• Experience with Postman, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Experience working on mobile applications
