What is important for us? Proven ability to understand and analyze business requirements for both current and target states. Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as designing and developing functional solutions, including IT concepts. Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT, advising both sides on the best technical and functional solutions or application setups. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is an advantage.
