Experience with low-code platforms (especially Mendix ) and knowledge of pharma/biotech processes will be a strong advantage. Business Analyst – Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Sector For our client operating in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives and solutions that drive business value. This role is part of a larger program aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharma/biotech processes and be able to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other departments • Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
