Business Analyst (Manufacturing Systems - Automotive) – Freelance A customer in Ghent is looking for a Business Analyst to join on a freelance basis. The client are running a manufacturing systems project focused on the rollout and alignment of production-related applications across plant operations. The programme involves changes to production processes, system integrations, data flows, and interfaces between shopfloor systems and enterprise platforms. They are therefore looking for an IT Analyst with experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing systems, including ERP, MES, and SCADA systems. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. The client is looking for someone who can work independently, has excellent communication skills, and is able to manage multiple stakeholders. The project will require the Business Analyst to collaborate closely with the manufacturing team, IT department, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar industry or sector, preferably automotive.
