We are looking for an Analytics Analyst with solid experience in cloud-based data environments and strong ability to transform data into strategic insights. The professional will have a fundamental role in building refined data layers and developing advanced dashboards and analyses, ensuring quality, reliability, and added value to business decisions in the financial sector.

• Develop and maintain refined data layers in BigQuery, ensuring consistency, standardization, and governance.

• Use DBT (Data Build Tool) for versioning, documentation, and orchestration of data transformations.

• Build dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using the Looker Platform.

• Translate business needs into analytical solutions and clear, actionable performance indicators.

• Work together with data engineers to structure pipelines and ensure query performance.

• Conduct exploratory analyses and generate insights for risk, compliance, credit, and other strategic areas of the financial sector.

• Ensure that analytical products are aligned with regulatory and audit requirements.

• Solid experience in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataform/DBT, Cloud Storage, Composer).

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and good practices in analytical data modeling.

• Practical experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) for building and versioning data models.

• Experience in creating dashboards and analyses in the Looker Platform (LookML, Explores, custom dashboards).

• Knowledge about refined data layers and their application in analytical and financial environments.

• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into consistent KPIs and metrics.

• Certifications in GCP or Looker.

• Experience in projects in the financial sector (e.g., credit, risk, fraud, compliance).

• Knowledge in Python for advanced analyses or automations.

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Strong data orientation and decision-making based on evidence.

• Good communication and ability to translate technical terms into business language.

• Proactivity, critical vision, and attention to details.

• Ability to act collaboratively with different areas of the organization.
