Lorhan’s digital COE solutions (UI/UX, Data Management, DevSecOps, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning) enable customers to achieve business outcomes through strategic consulting, process re-engineering, and technology implementation. As a Business Analyst at Lorhan IT Services, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs. This includes gathering requirements, creating prototypes, testing, and implementing the solution. You will also work closely with our development team to ensure that the solution is properly integrated into the client’s existing systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs • Gathering requirements through interviews, surveys, and other means • Creating prototypes and testing them with clients • Implementing the solution and ensuring it is properly integrated into the client’s existing systems • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
