As Business Analyst (m/w/d) with a focus on life insurance, you will work on the further development of our software solutions for insurance companies.
You will analyze requirements, model processes, and accompany the implementation in close coordination with our developer teams and customer teams.

You will bring your expertise in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and BPMN/UML, and support quality assurance through test concepts and KPIs.
At all times, you will maintain an overview of the technical and professional connections – particularly in the context of life insurance processes.

• Analyse and documentation of requirements in the life insurance sector
• Creation of professional concepts in collaboration with customers and development teams
• Process modeling (BPM), GAP analyses, and SOLL/IST comparisons
• Technical translation of requirements into IT specifications
• Focus on contract management, migration topics, and test automation
• Collaboration with international teams (e.g., Maribor)

You're a good fit for us if:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• You are familiar with the insurance sector, particularly with life insurance
• You think analytically and can present complex relationships in a clear manner
• You are comfortable with SQL, ETL tools, BPMN/UML, and data modeling
• You bring experience with agile development (SCRUM) and test concepts
• You speak fluent German and have very good English skills
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate international cooperation
• You are willing to travel occasionally (approx. 30%)
