You will leverage your analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization (internal and external), ensuring a seamless integration of IT initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing the Business requirements and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This includes identifying and prioritizing key performance indicators, defining metrics and targets, and developing dashboards and reports to track progress. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for conducting stakeholder analysis, identifying key stakeholders, and developing communication plans to ensure effective collaboration and engagement. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
