Junior Business Analyst - Change Management - Financial Sector Experience

In Qaracter México we are hiring: Business Analyst – Change Management and QA Environment Governance Modalidad: Presencial CDMX Purpose of the role We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in Change Management and QA Environment Governance, responsible for designing, standardizing, and operating the end-to-end process for changes to applications that transit towards QA. The objective is to take the process from an As-Is real state to a To-Be global, uniform, and efficient one, incorporating governance and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in Change Management methodologies such as ITIL or COBIT, and knowledge of Agile development frameworks. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
