Tasks

Your Tasks

You'll be a permanent member of our consulting team from day one and take early responsibility, for example, for your own project strand or a clearly defined topic area. As a generalist, you'll work on different industries and issues and receive a comprehensive insight into the performance spectrum of our management consulting boutique.

You'll develop key consulting skills like structured problem-solving, project management, presentation techniques, and effective communication. At the same time, you'll be working at the interface between business, data, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives – for example, in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Venture- & Private-Equity-related topics or further development of our consulting approach.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
• First practical experiences in consulting, PE, or corporate environment (e.g., through internships)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured working style
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideal candidate has first experience with Business Intelligence, Power BI, or data analysis
• High learning readiness, self-initiative, and hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills, team fit, and professional appearance
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
