Within our project squads, you will be fully involved in all phases of our projects for major clients in the banking sector, thus contributing to their success. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and functional skills in depth, while working on demanding and exciting projects for major clients.

Your role and responsibilities:

• You will lead functional scoping workshops, advise and guide the client to identify and translate needs.
• You will provide technical and functional solutions to user needs.
• You will ensure activity reporting, lead meetings (workshops, steering committees, etc.), and monitor KPIs.
• You will have the ability to communicate and coordinate with various external stakeholders (business units, UX designers, support, architecture, development, software vendors, IT, etc.).
• You will perform impact analysis, opportunity and feasibility studies, MVP definition, estimation, and be responsible for drafting deliverables (scoping documents, specifications, functional specifications, etc.).
• You will write User Stories, build and manage the backlog, and contribute to agile ceremonies.
• You will define the test strategy. Identify and validate test cases (scenarios, test plans, campaign management, etc.), and support testers.
• You will manage feedback: requests for evolutions from business units as well as anomalies reported during testing.
• You will follow release management up to production and ensure configuration.
• You will provide business and technical support to users.
• You will participate in change management (documentation, training, procedures to support business units).

You have a good understanding of banking products, particularly around: Financial instruments, securities, Credit, Savings, Payment methods, Cash Management, Regulatory Compliance: ALM, MIFID, IFRS, FATCA, CRS, GDPR, Prudential Risk and Reporting (Basel 4, SOX, etc.), Banking Accounting, Customer Journey, KYC, Software packages: SAP, Axway/RDJ, SAGE, MUREX…

You are proficient in SQL and the Office suite.

You have good listening skills.

You possess strong relational, organizational, and writing skills.

Your ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally is recognized by all.
