Business Analyst – IT & Cloud-Native Strategy

As Business Analyst, you are the connecting link between users and external suppliers. You ensure that all IT solutions meet the cloud-native strategy, the Enterprise Architecture, and applicable laws and regulations. This contributes to a more efficient and effective business operation.

You identify trends and technological developments, analyze them, and translate them into innovative IT solutions. Additionally, you monitor the implementation and performance of IT systems and ensure that contractual obligations are met.

✔ Research & Analysis

• Identifying technological trends and innovative IT solutions

• Analyzing needs and requirements within the organization

• Writing user stories and visualizing solution possibilities

• Aligning solutions with internal and external stakeholders

• Serving as a bridge between the organization and IT suppliers

✔ Monitoring & Coordination

• Maintaining oversight of the implementation and performance of IT solutions

• Monitoring contractual agreements with suppliers

• Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of IT systems

• Ensuring compliance with applicable IT frameworks and regulations

✔ Team & Organizational Goals

• Actively contributing to teamwork and team dynamics

• Identifying and implementing improvement suggestions

• Taking ownership and accountability for achieved results

✅ HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in information management or business administration ✅ At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex IT environment ✅ Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, cloud-native strategies, and Agile working ✅ Experience with setting up user stories, process modeling, and supplier management ✅ Strong communication skills and analytical ability
