Business Analyst IT

We are looking for a Business Analyst IT who will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or related field, 3+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of IT systems and processes.
