Key Responsibilities - Business Analyst Intern

- Supporting business requirements gathering & stakeholder workshops
- Documenting functional & non-functional requirements
- Analysing business processes, workflows, and system gaps
- Assisting with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting
- Preparing business cases, presentations, and project documentation
- Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities
- Assisting with system and process improvement initiatives
