Business Analyst Intern

Under the responsibility of the ERP Manager, the intern will have various tasks to accomplish to support the team of functional analysts D365 to prepare for the go-live of D365 F&O on December 31, 2025. We are looking for someone who understands business processes well and is able to quickly assimilate them. From procurement to payment, from quote to collection, from manufacturing to inventory, all aspects of the activity will be reviewed.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Learn operational process manufacturing of Techo-Bloc in the ERP Microsoft Dynamics F&O system;
• Write documentation of processes for user guides;
• Work with subject matter experts and internal resources from the Systems team to identify operational needs for post-go-live initiatives;
• Assist project managers (Systems and Web) in various administrative tasks;
• Contribute to data migration efforts as needed;
• Participate in testing of new developments before their deployment in configuration and production environments;
• Aquire skills in creating Doccentric models and help manage document and email model versions for the system before go-live.
