Business Analyst I Transport & Distribution (m/w/x)
Job description
- In close collaboration with our Business Units, you will analyze and document their processes in the form of diagrams, descriptions, acceptance criteria. You will take on a partial responsibility for the end-to-end view of our business processes and contribute to our corporate success.
- You are the IT contact person:in for selected applications and are responsible for their maintenance and further development within the team.
- You coordinate between external service providers, departments, and the developer team.
- You specify technical requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories in Jira as well as documentation in Confluence.
- Managing different needs and change requests from our stakeholders within your area of responsibility is self-evident for you.
- You accompany the conception and integration of IT solutions into the existing IT landscape.
- You support the implementation & testing (e.g. by clarifying open technical questions), as well as the acceptance of solutions by stakeholders with the help of acceptance criteria.
- You ensure a clear user documentation and also conduct training for our stakeholders.
