Business Analyst

In application development, we focus on modernity and usability. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Business Analyst. What will be your responsibilities? analysis and modeling of business processes; defining the business scope of the project; cooperation with project teams and ensuring that the developed solutions are consistent with business requirements; verification of solution functionalities; development of cyclical reports and project documentation; analyzing projects before their implementation (including analysis of costs, resources, potential risks, and benefits); defining the potential risks associated with the proposed solution; proposing actions aimed at correcting and optimizing business processes, as well as reducing potential project-related risks; supporting the implementation of changes in business processes; participation in project meetings; contact with external clients. What do we expect? min. 2 years of experience in a similar position; high analytical skills; knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMI); knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools; knowledge of relational databases SQL; knowledge of English at a minimum of B2 level; ability to work under time pressure and react quickly to unforeseen situations; teamwork skills; good work organization; punctuality.
