Job description
We are developing TransFair Navigator – a SaaS platform that supports companies in making difficult personnel decisions with data-based, objective, and fair methods. With over 20 years of consulting experience in the HR field, we are now translating this expertise into a digital product.
The product is actively being built. That means for you: No managing existing things, but actual co-creation – from requirements to features to go-to-market strategy.
Tasks
Your Role
You are the interface between the department and development. Specifically:
- Requirements gathering: Daily close collaboration and sometimes workshops with CPO, CTO, the departments (Sales, Marketing, Product) to implement concepts from strategy and whiteboard. That means occasionally speaking with customers to collect and structure requirements
- Documentation: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, create use cases, and maintain specifications
- Analysis: Prioritize requirements, clarify conflicts between stakeholders, evaluate business value, and assess the impact on existing functions
- Validation: Coordinate reviews, prepare acceptance tests (including definition of done), and ensure the quality of new features
- Perspective: Drive the digitalization of internal processes, create better data foundations, and enable new business models
Qualification
What you bring
Must have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, or in a comparable interface role
- Structured, independent working style – you can quickly grasp complex issues and present them in a clear and understandable manner
