Job description
- Requirements Gathering Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to under-stand product offerings in Affinity and Individual Insurance.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analy-sis between current systems and business needs.
- Solution Design Documentation Translate business requirements into system specifications and process flows.
- Work closely with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and system interface specifications.
- Domain Expertise Apply knowledge of Affini-ty insurance (group programs, partnerships) and Individual insurance (life, health, disability).
- Understand underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims processes.
- Stakeholder Management Facilitate workshops and JAD sessions with business and IT teams.
- Act as a point of contact for clarifications during development and testing phas-es.
- Testing Quality Assurance Support QA teams in preparing test cases and validating solutions.
- Participate in UAT and ensure business sign-off.
- Compliance Risk Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to system changes.
