Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the most recognized companies on the Łódź market. This is an internal support organization with a hybrid model.

Job responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through workshops, meetings, and preparing documentation.
• Developing project documentation, including requirements, processes, and use cases.
• Designing solutions in close cooperation with IT teams and business departments.
• Analyzing the profitability of proposed solutions, taking into account costs, risks, and benefits.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and optimizations.
• Coodinating project work with Project Managers and technical teams.
• Collaborating with external partners in the context of implemented projects.
• Verifying and testing developed solutions against requirements.
• Preparing final documentation after project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science, economics, or management).
• Minimum 2-year experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst.
• Experience in preparing business and/or system documentation for project implementation (BRD, SRS, Use Case, User Story, etc.).
• Skill in leading meetings and workshops and experience in project work.
• Familiarity with tools supporting analysis and project management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Analytical thinking skills and effective communication.
