Tasks

Your Task Area

• Fascinating projects at well-known banks and insurance companies
• Consultation and support for our customers in agile IT projects (Focus Securities)
• Analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potential, and development of solution concepts
• Conceptualization of customer applications (User Stories), planning, and implementation of projectsInclusion in project teams at our customers: Project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the customer, otherwise remote

Qualification

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, fintech, agency, stock exchange or bank
• Experience in implementing agile IT & digital projects, experience in the securities sector
• Strong technical background, technical understanding or programming knowledge
• Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector
• High result orientation and performance willingness
• Degree in economics, business informatics, finance or a comparable field of study
• Wish to develop your own company alongside our customers
• Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork, self-employed work style, and high customer orientationVery good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
