Role overview The purpose of the Business Analyst role at MANTILAM is to evaluate, document and communicate business requirements for new or modified systems, processes and procedures. This includes identifying and prioritizing business needs, developing solutions and implementing changes to improve efficiency, productivity and overall performance. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing business operations and identifying areas for improvement • Developing and maintaining documentation of business processes and procedures • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs • Providing training and support to end-users on new or modified systems and processes • Maintaining accurate records of all work performed, including project plans, status reports and lessons learned. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information technology or a related discipline • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
